An exceptional double launch of two books published by Objectif Exhibitions: In Lieu of two books, a final roll call, by Chris Fitzpatrick, and A Catalogue Raisonné by Megan Francis Sullivan. Both books survey the past and anticipate the future while providing indexes of enduring creative partnerships.
In Lieu of two books, a final roll call is the concluding publication from Chris Fitzpatrick’s tenure as director of Objectif Exhibitions (January 2012–May 2015). Designed by Goda Budvytyte, it takes the form of a poster compiling all of the A4 designs that corresponded to the program. It folds down into a more compact wrapper for two previous publications, and eats them like PAC-MAN. Or it unfolds in reverse into a final-wrap-up-thank-you-note to the artists and other collaborators who fueled the program. To launch the publication(s), Chris and Goda will sound out the ‘roll call’ in its entirety. Click here to order.
Megan Francis Sullivan: A Catalogue Raisonné is at once the catalogue of Megan Francis Sullivan: An Anticipated Retrospective at Objectif Exhibitions, a near exhaustive compendium of all of the artist’s works to date, and the first multiple produced by Objectif Exhibitions in many years. Designed by Sara De Bondt, and published in an edition of 30 signed and numbered copies, the book is the latest in Megan’s ongoing engagement with the print form – from the zine to the equestrian manual. Megan and Sara will be present to mark the launch of this momentous tome. Click here to order.
